Wassenaar – Beukendaal

On the former site of the “Ursuala Kliniek”, that used to consist of man dominant buildings, fifty new villas were realized. Hollandschap created a land division that gave the area an “estate atmosphere”, and emphasized the ecological connection with the surroundings. Due to the predominant existing buildings the area could only be developed on a small scale. Thanks to the number of villas and their financial benefit, it was possible to invest in the landscape design. As a result of the use of large trees, the final growing goals could be reached 10 to 15 years sooner.
