Voorburg – Park ‘t Loo

Park ‘t Loo was renovated in the early 90’s, in cooperation with the municipality. The history of Park ‘t Loo dates back a long time and has often been the center point of discussion. With the renovation some parts of the park were combined, partly by deleting connecting roads from the design. In addition, more water was incorporated in the park design. The pedestrian access is improved by including several bridges. The area between the railway tracks, close to the CBS-office, and the center of Voorburg has been fully renovated. A new tree stock is incorporated. For the benefit of the surrounding residential areas the recreational facilities such as; playgrounds, sitting areas, and lawns, have been renovated with high quality or newly added to the park.
